About the Role:

A key member of our operations team is needed to contribute to process improvements, production efficiency, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Navigate and develop vendor relationships to optimize material costs efficiently.
  • Set up manufacturing and quality control processes at contract manufacturers' locations effectively.
  • Procure raw materials and semi-finished goods for lifestyle products in a timely manner.
  • Oversee ERP and project management system implementation to streamline workflows smoothly.
  • Execute rapid R&D prototyping to improve agility and speed to market.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:
  • Ability to navigate challenges independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the organization's growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration is highly desirable.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setup is required.
