Job Title:

Service Management Engineer

This is a challenging role that requires a high level of technical expertise and experience in Service Management (MIM). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL processes and be able to troubleshoot complex incidents, manage approved changes, and participate in DR/BCP drills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements. They will also be required to operate under ITIL processes, including Incident/Change/Problem/Knowledge management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing L2/L3-level support for Service Management (MIM) in a mission-critical banking environment.
  • Troubleshooting incidents, managing approved changes, and participating in DR/BCP drills.
  • Conducting root cause analysis for recurring issues and implementing permanent fixes.
  • Tuning configurations and scheduling jobs to optimize performance and reliability.
  • Coordinating vendor TAC cases, firmware/patch planning, and validating post-change health.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work well under pressure and be comfortable working in a 24x7 environment.
