Compliance Specialist Role

Job Description:

NK Realtors, a leading real estate service provider in India, has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulations through self-initiated and guided learning.
  • Engaging with cross-functional teams, process manuals, legal circulars, and internal systems to build domain expertise.
  • Conducting detailed audits of physical documents, emails, CRM/ERP entries, and other communication channels to identify policy breaches and propose corrective actions.
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys using digital and physical methods to analyze feedback and identify service gaps.
  • Maintaining and sharing work calendars, task trackers, and audit reports periodically as required by management or departmental heads.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Graduation or Post-graduation in any stream.
  • 2 to 6 years' experience in a similar role such as Process Auditor, Process/Management Trainer, or Compliance Specialist.
  • Proven expertise in handling compliance, process optimization, and customer grievance redressal is preferable.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (verbal & written) is mandatory. Working knowledge of Telugu is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel (functions, data analysis, pivot tables, etc.).
