In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our compliance team in ensuring that our investment strategies and activities are in line with relevant regulations and guidelines.

As a Business Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as rule coding, testing, and monitoring.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Daily monitoring of investment restrictions and guidelines
  • Learning and practicing rule coding and testing in Order Management System (OMS)
  • Identifying unusual or potential breaches through transaction activity and reporting and escalating in accordance with guidelines
  • Assisting in preparing documentation to support reviews conducted and to substantiate and demonstrate adequate processes and controls
">Requirements">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 0-2 years of related work experience in Asset Management Industry
  • Knowledge of financial products and/or programming languages
  • Experience with regulatory environments such as UCITS, SFC, FCA, SEC, and ERISA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
