Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager with direct experience in running educational technology programs—someone who has successfully managed students, mentors, and operational processes to deliver impactful outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Run student batches end-to-end — from onboarding to successful completion.
  • Ensure classes, timelines, and outcomes stay on track.
  • Be the main link between students, mentors, and our team.
  • Keep students engaged, track their progress, and step in if they fall behind.
  • Support mentors so they can deliver smooth, high-quality sessions.
  • Set up and improve post-sales processes for a better student journey.
  • Keep an eye on key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS, etc.).
  • Use data to find gaps and make programs better every cycle.
  • Work with sales, content, and product teams to improve overall experience.
  • Spot issues early (dropouts, delays) and solve them quickly.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in EdTech program management (managing students, mentors, and operational processes).
  • Strong track record of solving operational challenges with structured solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with data and reporting tools; ability to translate insights into actions.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams.
