Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in extracting, reporting, and integrating data for Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools and hands-on experience in building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions to support HR processes in global organizations.

The selected candidate will design, develop, and support HCM Extracts, Reporting, and Integrations using cutting-edge technologies. They will also configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules.

In this role, the consultant will build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs. They will also support end-to-end HR functional flows (Hire → Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions.

Required Skills:
  • BI Publisher (BIP): Custom reports, complex data models, bursting, and layouts
  • OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI): Real-time dashboards & analytics
  • HCM Extracts: Data exchange and HR/recruiting monitoring
  • Fast Formulas: Build, debug, and maintain HR formulas
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader): Strong data load expertise
  • APIs & Integration: Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs, OIC integrations, and secure data frameworks
