Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Expert

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to work as a key member of our team, leading implementation and support activities for Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive the full project life cycle, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and deployment.
  • Configure and maintain timecard layouts and time attributes, time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies, and integrations with HCM.
  • Develop and enhance fast formulas (FF) for time, payroll, and validations, integrations with third-party applications, reports, and HCM extracts.
  • Manage security setup and AORs (Areas of Responsibility).

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion solutions.
