  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features and releases, leveraging this expertise to enhance learner experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to learners seeking Oracle Certification, helping them navigate the certification process successfully.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a strong focus on module knowledge.
  • Proven expertise in modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting.
  • Prior training or mentoring experience is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling effective engagement with learners.
