Job Title

As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless recruitment process and a great candidate experience.

Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams and time zones. Manage candidate communication and ensure timely updates. Support offer release, background checks, and onboarding activities. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a smooth hiring process.

  • Candidate Communication: Manage candidate communication and ensure timely updates to provide excellent candidate experience.
  • Offer Release and Background Checks: Support the offer release process, manage background checks, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Partnering with Recruiters and Hiring Managers: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a smooth hiring process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to fill open positions efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace to efficiently perform administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers effectively.
