Job Title: Business Development Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new revenue streams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in business development, with a proven ability to build relationships and close deals. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives
  • Identify new revenue streams and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
  • Manage a pipeline of potential clients and ensure timely follow-up
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in building relationships and closing deals
  • Strong understanding of commercial terms and concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
