Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Executive to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to drive business strategy and deliver exceptional results.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
- Manage special projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with the organisation's goals.
- Identify areas for improvement and efficiency in strategic initiatives.
- Represent the executive team, serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide direct support to the CEO, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and communications.
- Proven experience in supporting strategic leadership.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear and actionable insights.
