Solar O&M Leadership Position

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Solar Operations and Maintenance (O&M) leader to oversee the performance of multiple solar plants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying operational gaps, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor plant performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Liaise with site teams to resolve day-to-day issues, implement best practices, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage and develop site O&M teams to maintain high productivity and engagement levels.
  • Ensure seamless transitions between shifts, following established protocols.
  • Oversee weekly/monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.
  • Identify and onboard quality local vendors to optimize O&M costs without compromising service quality.
Candidate Profile:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC)
  • Experience:
  • 7–10 years of overall experience with minimum 5 years in Solar O&M as middle level management. Experience with 33kV substations, transmission lines, and related troubleshooting is preferred.
