Cell Production Lead

We seek an experienced Cell Production Lead to oversee the manufacture of high-quality solar cells. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills.

  • This position involves managing production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or related fields, such as mechanical engineering, is highly desirable.
  • You will be responsible for initiating and implementing projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • This includes handling engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.
  • You must possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills.
  • A key aspect of this role is developing and enforcing quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and meet internal/external audit requirements.
  • Multitasking and flexibility are essential qualities for this position, as you will be required to handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • You should have a good understanding of cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • In addition, you will need to exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.
  • Maintaining safe work practices, complying with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations is crucial.
Qualifications
  • A full-time B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical is required.
