Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 F&O implementation specialist to work with our UAE client on a part-time freelance basis, approximately 4 hours per day.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O (or AX) functional consultant is required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize D365 F&O modules, including Sales, Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, etc.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
  • Participate in data migration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with clients based in the US, Europe, and the Middle East for project delivery.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and design scalable solutions in D365 F&O.
  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in key modules: Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management), Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales & Distribution)
  • Experience in Fit-Gap analysis, business process mapping, and solution design
  • Proficiency in preparing functional documentation and test scripts
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead small to medium implementation projects
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate / Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
  • Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations
