Microsoft Dynamics 365 Leadership Role

We seek a seasoned leader to drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for domestic clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver CRM strategies using Microsoft D365 and Power Apps
  • Implement business scenarios and execute proofs of concept
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create solutions and translate client needs into technical solutions
  • Pursue opportunities in the Indian market independently
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for high satisfaction levels
Required Expertise:
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Customer Experience and Power Platform
  • Domain knowledge in manufacturing and non-financial services
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions
  • Ability to work independently and manage client engagements
  • Understanding of the Indian business landscape

As an expert leader, you will be responsible for driving innovation and customer satisfaction through expert implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. They should also have a proven track record of delivering successful CRM solutions and be familiar with the Indian business landscape.

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required. Additionally, relevant certifications such as MCSE or MCTS can be advantageous.
