Dynamic Finance and Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant and Analyst to fill a key role in our team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation support project as a Finance Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement Financial Processes: Work directly with clients to implement D365 F&O Finance and Accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Credit and collections, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets.
- Collaborate with Project Team Members: Collaborate with other functional and technical project team members to ensure successful and timely implementation.
- Drive Implementation Phases: Drive requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases of the D365 Finance module suite.
- Manage Complex Projects: Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrades, data migration, data management, and FastTrack go-live assessment.
- SLA-based Support: SLA-based support and incident management tools.
- Risk Management: Manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately. Identify risks, issues, find solutions, and plan/manage them.
- Clients and Stakeholders: Excellent client interactions and stakeholder expectation management skills. Presentation and communication skills.
- Multi-vendor Environment: Multi-vendor environment experience.
- Flexible Work Hours: Flexible work hours.
- Global Delivery Model: Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model and travel (if required).
- D365 Finance and Accounting: Implement D365 F&O Finance and Accounting processes.
- Programming Languages: F#, X++, Finance, and Operation.
- Data Migration and Management: Data migration, data management, deployments.
