Job Opportunity: Senior Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive transformation and enable people within our organization. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing change strategies that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience in assessing and engaging stakeholders effectively. A background in organizational change management is highly desirable, as well as exposure to industry best practices and change toolkits.

In this role, you will be expected to execute projects successfully, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve agreed-upon schedules, budgets, and scopes. Relevant experience in large-scale transformations, including digital, process, or cultural changes, is essential. Certifications such as PROSCI or equivalent are considered a plus.

You should be ready to travel onsite occasionally and have at least 8 years of relevant experience. This position is based in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, or Indore.
