As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you will oversee the daily management of assigned accounts. Your primary responsibility is to orchestrate client projects from planning to completion, serving as the main point of contact between our agency and clients. To excel in this role, you must develop effective strategies, think critically, and foster strong business relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to create data-driven digital marketing strategies.
  • Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and advertising channels.
  • Design, build, and maintain our presence on various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, evaluating metrics against set goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm innovative growth strategies, leveraging digital marketing techniques to drive results.
  • Develop and execute experiments and conversion tests to optimize user experience.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design engaging landing pages and enhance overall user experience.
  • Apply analytical skills to assess end-to-end customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.
  • Identify critical conversion points and areas for improvement, optimizing user funnels to maximize efficiency.
