About Our Marketing Role

We are seeking a dynamic marketing professional to join our team and contribute to our growth strategy.

The Opportunity

This is a great chance for an ambitious marketer to gain end-to-end exposure and learn directly from senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning & Execution – Develop, coordinate, and execute campaigns across online channels (social media, email, SEO, paid ads) and offline channels (events, exhibitions, print), ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Brand Management & Collateral Development – Create and manage marketing materials (brochures, presentations, product sheets, social creatives), maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Digital Marketing Coordination – Work with internal teams and agencies to run digital campaigns: prepare briefs, review creatives, track progress, and ensure activities meet campaign objectives.
  • Event & Exhibition Support – Assist the execution of trade shows, product demos, and partner events by handling logistics, collaterals, lead capture, and post-event reporting.
  • Performance Tracking & Market Insights – Monitor campaign performance, prepare regular marketing activity reports, and gather competitor intelligence to support decision-making.
RequirementsExperience:
  • 3–4 years in marketing, with experience in both digital and offline channels.
  • MBA in Marketing with 2–3 years' experience also considered.
Skills & Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (SEO, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Analytics).
  • Strong communication and design skills for collaterals.
  • Ability to manage vendors, agencies, and event logistics.
Personal Qualities:
  • Hands-on executor with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn from a senior mentor.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a growing, fast-paced environment.
