This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our organization as an Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research on therapeutic areas, product portfolios, competitors, and industry trends.
- Analyze market performance using syndicated data sources and identify opportunities in new therapy areas, geographies, or product launches based on market insights.
- Develop and maintain business dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for clear visualization of market and sales data.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Statistics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical market research, analytics, or consulting.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong expertise in leveraging AI and automation solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
