Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.
Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities
The Business Intelligence & Strategic Affairs (BISA) vertical, based in the CEO's office, will serve as the intelligence backbone for decision-making in Tata Electronics. We are looking for Market Intelligence for Semiconductor Foundry/ Semiconductor Packaging/EMS
Key Focus Areas & Responsibilities will be:
Monitor global semiconductor & electronics market movements, technology shifts, and emerging opportunities.
Conduct data analysis, review external reports, and gather relevant information and present findings clearly to senior leadership through concise, executive-level presentations and visualizations
Conduct research to identify market data and trends in semiconductor foundry/semiconductor packaging /EMS
Evaluate financial performance, business strategy, partnerships, and expansion activities of relevant companies.
Conduct business research based on the scope of the project using secondary sources, subscribed databases, and primary sources if needed
Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, operations, supply chain) to align market insights with business needs.
Work independently with minimal supervision or support to achieve project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electronics; an MBA in Finance or Marketing is an added advantage.
Demonstrated experience in market sizing, and competitive analysis
High proficiency in secondary research with proven expertise in gathering quantitative market data from reputable sources
Strong analytical and storytelling ability; curiosity-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of synthesizing complex data into actionable insights
The candidate should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision or support
Knowledge of semiconductor and electronics ecosystem is preferred
Desired Experience Level
5+ years of experience in market intelligence and strategic consulting.
Experience in the semiconductor or Electronics Manufacturing industry is a plus
