About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Mumbai. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization, with experience working with large datasets and designing efficient databases.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
  • In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • This role requires someone who is passionate about data analysis and has a strong ability to think critically and strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing complex business problems and developing data-driven solutions to address them
  • Designing and implementing business intelligence solutions using various tools and technologies
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
  • Presenting findings to stakeholders and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve business intelligence capabilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization
  • Strong background in SQL, data modeling, and database design
  • Experience working with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
