Finance Head Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the financial strategy for renewable energy projects, encompassing capital structuring and fund-raising through equity and debt instruments.
  • Build and manage key relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies to secure project financing.
  • Drive negotiations for long-term and short-term loans, ensuring competitive terms and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee working capital management, treasury operations, and cash flow planning to optimize financial performance.
  • Support strategic initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and refinancing activities aligned with the company's growth strategy.
  • Ensure adherence to domestic and international financial regulations.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial models, projections, and investment reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to inform decision-making by the leadership team.
