Looking for a dynamic and proactive role that allows you to drive business growth? We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Administrator who will play a pivotal part in supporting the project development lifecycle.Job Description:Our team is seeking a highly organized individual with a strong interest in renewable energy and sustainable development. As a Business Development Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project development and execution.Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project development and execution.
  • Maintain and track the project pipeline, ensuring accurate reflection of all project stages and statuses.
  • Organize, track, and manage business development-related documentation for easy accessibility and compliance.
  • Assist the team in drafting and preparing correspondence with government bodies and regulatory authorities.
  • Support the vendor onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are followed.
  • Monitor and track payments routed through the Business Development function for project development activities.
  • Attend various internal and external meetings to gather market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainable development.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in project coordination or development roles covering planning and monitoring of RE projects.
