**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Scrum Master Business Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Agile project management, data warehousing, and business analysis to drive business success.

This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching the team on Agile best practices, and removing impediments to ensure a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data warehouse and data services projects. You will translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, and work with data architects, engineers, and QA to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling. Experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence, is also essential. Additionally, excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills are required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
