Project Management Office/ Business Analysis Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to take on key responsibilities within our organization. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in Business Analysis/Product Operations, with hands-on expertise in JIRA and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • JIRA Administration: Ensure data hygiene and consistent usage of the project management tool.
  • Documentation Ownership: Develop and maintain product documentation, including PRDs/BRDs, user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and process maps.
  • Backlog Rituals: Run grooming, prioritization, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient backlog management.
  • Dashboard Creation: Build executive and team dashboards to track delivery progress, velocity, cycle time, blocker aging, and OKR linkage.
  • Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM): Maintain an RTM linking business objectives to epics, stories, test cases, and releases.
  • UAT/QA Coordination: Coordinate UAT and QA activities, defining test scenarios, managing defects in JIRA, validating fixes, and signing off for Go/No-Go decisions.
  • Release Notes and Communication: Prepare release notes, change logs, and deployment checklists to ensure stakeholder communication and training materials.
  • PMO Templates and SOPs: Standardize PMO templates and SOPs, including charters, RACI, RAID logs, status reports, and enforce cadence and quality.
  • RFP/RFQ Support: Collaborate with Product, SatAITech, Platform, Compliance, and Finance for estimates, dependencies, and regulatory-ready documentation.
  • Data Analytics: Enable analytics by using basic SQL/BI to validate requirements, define metrics, and monitor adoption and outcomes.
