Instructional Designer

This freelance remote role involves working as an Instructional Designer. Key responsibilities include performing needs analysis, developing instructional designs, creating curriculum, managing learning programs, and contributing to training and development initiatives.

  • Design course content, collaborate with subject matter experts, evaluate learning outcomes to ensure effectiveness and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
  • Proven track record in Instructional Design and eLearning development.
  • Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management.
  • Expertise in Curriculum Development.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning theories and game design for adult learners.
  • Strong ability to create instructional storyboards and scripts.
  • Proficiency with Adobe After Effects and other animation/visual effects tools.
  • Portfolio of past eLearning projects, including at least one onboarding course.
