Senior Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team at Prepladder.

The successful candidate will have strong accounting principles and practices, including GAAP, IND AS and relevant regulations. Oversight of day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, General Ledger, Accounts receivable, payroll etc.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling day-to-day GST & TDS compliance related matters, preparing GST related workings for the purpose of filing of GST returns etc., managing GST Annual audit and preparation of all the relevant GST reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, General Ledger, Accounts receivable, payroll etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including Balance Sheet, Income statements, cash flow statements etc.
  • Strong hold in preparation of monthly MIS reports.
  • Develop financial plans and budgets, monitor performance against budget, and analyse variances.
  • Work & coordinate with external auditors to share required audit data in order to get the audit done.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding regarding the accounting for Inventory and Fixed Assets.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Exposure in working on Oracle.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CA preferred for this role.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting roles.
