Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Manager to oversee our accounting department and ensure the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for managing daily operations, preparing financial statements, maintaining general ledgers, and resolving discrepancies. The successful candidate will also supervise the accounting team and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Supervise and lead the accounting team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications.
