Job Title

As a senior financial leader, you will oversee the creation and dissemination of accurate and timely accounting and financial information. You will ensure adherence to statutory accounts, local regulations, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and monthly close.
  • Monitor working capital, cash flow, customer credit, and collection.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls in compliance with partner requirements.
  • Communicate fraud and compliance issues to senior management and partners.
  • Prepare consolidated management reports for leadership, including full financial statements, KPI reporting, operational dashboards, and executive-level explanations.
  • Maintain awareness of financial performance versus plan and address potential risks proactively.
  • Build budgets and monitor their progress with senior management.
  • Coach, manage, and develop the finance team, ensuring reliability of financial statements.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis methods and techniques, IFRS, internal control principles, and closing/reporting processes.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Organized, dynamic, autonomous, with strategic vision and strong financial knowledge.
  • Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
