Senior Hospital Manager Job Summary

Job Description:

The Senior Hospital Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations, ensuring smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical services. They will also be responsible for implementing efficiency-focused processes, adopting best practices for resource utilization, and driving digitization initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take complete ownership of the hospital units P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans, annual budgets, and growth forecasts.
  • Monitor performance against key metrics and implement corrective actions proactively.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and service expansions to increase market share.
  • Drive initiatives for empanelments, referral networks, and corporate collaborations.
  • Strengthen brand visibility through community engagement and patient-centric programs.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a strong track record in business leadership, strategic growth, and stakeholder management. They should also have a medical graduation and 15-20 years of progressive management experience in hospital/healthcare administration with proven P&L accountability.
