**Job Title:** Business Administration Senior Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Administration Senior Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for preparing regular business reports, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.

Additionally, you will carry out ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations, supporting evaluations of assets and liabilities, and performing comparisons of actual vs. planned performance.

You will also analyze and evaluate cost structures, repair and maintenance, R&D, and other cost-related data.

The successful candidate will provide regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommend actions to accountable management.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing balance sheets, inventory, and profit and loss statements at factory level, as well as review and analysis of provisions and accruals.

You will coordinate external and internal audits, ensuring adherence to risk and internal control processes, transfer pricing audits, cost audits, ICFR audits, and more.

This role involves enabling smooth coordination for inventory audits, cost audits, and assets verification.

Furthermore, you will drive digitalization initiatives, leading to smarter reporting, process improvement, and productivity enhancement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in commerce or finance or accounting, such as B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance, PGDM in Finance/CS/ICWA
  • SAP and advanced Excel skills are highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders within and outside the organization
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
