Site Construction Manager

Our team of professionals is seeking a skilled Site Construction Manager to lead the execution of villa construction projects from start to finish. This critical role ensures compliance with design, safety, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution, monitoring timelines, resources, and budgets to guarantee timely completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to construction drawings and specifications.
  • Implement quality control measures and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
  • Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review.
  • Maintain compliance with local building codes, legal requirements, and regulatory approvals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • 7+ years of experience in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
