Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all phases of luxury villa and bungalow projects, ensuring seamless integration of design and construction.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans to guarantee precision, quality, and timely execution.
  • Monitor site progress through regular visits, snagging, and finishing inspections.
  • Resolve challenges swiftly while safeguarding luxury standards.
  • Drive value engineering to optimize costs without compromising design or finish.

This position requires extensive site presence, hands-on problem-solving, and a zero-tolerance approach to anything less than perfection in quality, aesthetics, and functionality.
