Job Overview:

You will oversee all pre and post-contract activities related to residential luxury villa projects.

This includes overseeing all aspects of pre and post-contract processes, ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness.

Proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices is necessary.

Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies is also required, alongside exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
