Senior Project Coordinator

Job Description:

As a seasoned Senior Project Coordinator, you will oversee the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, and resource management will ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project concepts, present them to clients, and guarantee alignment with organizational objectives
  • Coordinate tasks, assign team members, and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines
  • Engage stakeholders, update progress, and handle feedback to maintain client satisfaction
  • Manage budgets, estimate costs, and minimize unnecessary expenses to maximize profitability
  • Keep clients and superiors informed through regular project reports
  • Resolve disputes, maintain order on the construction site, and draft contracts with relevant parties
  • Identify and mitigate risks, informing clients and builders of potential issues
  • Plan visits to new clients, establish relationships, and coordinate support

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
  • Knowledge of construction management software and tools
