A Passionate Fitness Mentor is required to inspire, guide and support members in achieving their fitness goals.
About the Role:- Client Training & Support
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions as per gym schedule.
- Create and update personalized workout programs for members.
- Ensure members use correct techniques to prevent injuries.
- Fitness Assessment & Goal Setting
- Conduct fitness assessments for new and existing members.
- Set realistic, achievable fitness goals with clients.
- Track progress and adjust plans accordingly.
- Member Engagement & Retention
- Build rapport with members to maintain motivation and retention.
- Provide dietary and lifestyle guidance (basic nutrition).
- Encourage participation in gym events and challenges.
- Safety & Equipment Management
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and used safely.
- Monitor the gym floor to maintain discipline and cleanliness.
- Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with the front desk and sales team for PT packages.
- Participate in trainer meetings, workshops and skill development programs.
- Certification in Personal Training (ACE, ISSA, INFS or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year of practical training experience in gyms/fitness centers.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy and nutrition basics.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Positive, energetic and customer-focused attitude.
