About this role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and maintain our enterprise IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have expertise across networking, security, servers, data centers, cloud services, IT asset and service management, governance, vendor relations, backup and recovery, and security compliance.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, security, and strategic growth of the organization's IT landscape.

Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and monitoring network infrastructure for performance and security, developing and enforcing security protocols, managing cybersecurity threats and mitigating risks, and overseeing deployment, configuration, and maintenance of physical and virtual servers.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, governance, and security roles
  • Expertise in networking, security, servers, cloud solutions, and data centers
  • Proven ability in vendor management, ITSM, and compliance management
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
  • Hands-on experience in managing Windows, Linux OS
  • Strong understanding of information security and privacy standards and best practices related to data confidentiality
