Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to spearhead our Technology Support Group as the Director of IT Operations and Infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for complex technical issues across infrastructure domains.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive innovation through technology enablement.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to recurring issues.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to critical incidents to minimize business impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years of industry experience in IT operations and infrastructure.
  • 10+ years as a Solutions Architect specializing in Cloud, DC, Workplace, and Cybersecurity Infrastructure.
  • 5+ years in Problem Management and Crisis Management, ensuring business continuity and rapid incident resolution.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise, strategic insight into business and technology, and a proactive mindset. A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. Strong grasp of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and threat mitigation strategies. Proven track record as a Senior Solutions Architect across Cloud, DC, Workplace, and Cybersecurity systems. Skilled in automation and optimization of infrastructure operations.
