**Job Opportunity Summary**

Looking for a skilled professional to support the day-to-day operations of our investments team, with a focus on providing guidance and expertise in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as lead specialist for the team, providing expert support and guidance in task delivery.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including external parties, to achieve seamless collaboration.
  • Develop initiatives to improve quality and efficiency, driving business growth through innovation.
  • Play a key role in a new team, working closely with colleagues in other locations.
  • Review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Execute capital calls and distributions, maintaining strong risk management practices.
  • Support audit processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to best practices.
  • Require knowledge of fund structures and portfolio solutions to effectively support team members in query resolution and task delivery.
  • Emphasize proactive and robust oversight models, ensuring controlled processes and accurate procedures maintenance.
  • Responsible for on-boarding and refresher training for team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Be able to research investment regulations and fund structures, interpret key points, and summarize information clearly and concisely to aid training and development.
  • Capable of covering work items for team members during times of absence.
  • Encourage the team to challenge existing processes, ensuring value add and process efficiency.
  • Lead all reporting, regulator filings, and oversight responsibilities, ensuring timely compliance and internal SLAs.
  • Ensure sufficient scrutiny and reconciliation of service provider calculations to identify issues and errors.
  • Support NAV monitoring process and exception reporting for cash breaks, position breaks, pricing, trade settlements, etc.
  • Participate in Financial Statement audit process and monitor delivery timelines.
  • Execute and oversee team responsibilities in line with SLAs and agreed KPIs.
  • Contribute to the advancement of our Operating Model as we adapt to new client needs.
