Job Title: Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization.

  • Onboard and integrate new team members into our dynamic work environment.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.
  • Manage performance evaluations, quarterly check-ins, and annual appraisals to ensure employee growth and development.

  • Collaborate with corporate learning and development teams to design and deliver training programs that meet the evolving needs of our organization.
  • Oversee facility management, including space allocation, interior design, electrical systems, air conditioning, fire safety, and internet connectivity.
  • Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic support to various departments as needed.
