Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-driven and hands-on professional to oversee daily operations across various platforms.

  • Platform Operations
    • Create, optimize, and manage product listings, ensuring accurate content and compliance with platform policies.
    • Manage workflows, including inventory planning, order fulfillment, returns, and reimbursement claims.
    • Monitor and improve account health metrics – performance, cancellations, late dispatches, and customer feedback.
    • Protect brand presence: handle compliance escalations, hijacked listings, and unauthorized sellers.
    • Prepare weekly dashboards on sales, category trends, stock movement, and operational issues.
  • Cross-Functional & Data Management
    • Partner with stakeholders for demand planning and inventory allocation across channels.
    • Coordinate with teams for launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
    • Work with finance to reconcile settlements, commissions, and claims.
    • Maintain clean, updated data (product details) across systems.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in platform operations (e-commerce).
  • Must have worked with brands directly.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce workflows: catalog, inventory, fulfillment, and platform compliance.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to generate insights from data.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to consumer goods or lifestyle brands.
  • Knowledge of paid visibility tools.
  • Experience handling 100+ SKUs across multiple channels.
