Job Title: Dosage Form Development Expert


This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in device development for Meter Dose Inhaler dosage form. Key responsibilities include coordinating with device manufacturers to select the right device, ensuring design verification aligns with defined user requirements, and conducting testing and validation for patient safety and clinical outcomes.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement device selection strategies for Meter Dose Inhaler dosage form
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design verification meets regulatory requirements
  • Design and develop test methods and fixtures to validate device performance
  • Evaluate and interpret CFD and other simulation tools data
  • Ensure compliance with ISO/FDA regulations throughout the development process
  • Support new product development for Injectable delivery devices, including technology and device platform selection
  • Provide commercial support for MDI portfolio

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in medical device development or drug delivery devices in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Expertise in medical devices, CFD, and simulation tools
  • Familiarity with aerosol testing methodologies and drug deposition modeling
  • Ability to work with device manufacturers and formulation teams to complete design verification and meet regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
