Role Overview:
We seek a driven and confident Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team. This field-oriented role requires an individual passionate about forging strategic partnerships and expanding our presence in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate B2B relationships within the healthcare industry, including clinics and government bodies, to expand the Company's reach and impact.
Market Analysis and Strategy Execution: Conduct comprehensive market surveys to inform and implement effective go-to-market strategies, identifying growth opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets, driving business growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure favourable terms and close deals that align with SMB's objectives.
Quality Assurance Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services, adhering to industry standards and exceeding client expectations.
