Job Title: Business Compliance and Registration Specialist

Location: India (On-site/Hybrid)

Reporting to: Compliance Manager / Legal & Regulatory Affairs Manager

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead company registration processes, including obtaining necessary approvals, licenses, and registrations. The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, comprehensive understanding of Indian corporate laws, local and state regulatory frameworks, and excellent client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute company incorporation processes.
  • Facilitate and complete local and state tax registrations.
  • Handle payroll registration processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, RBI guidelines, and other statutory obligations.
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation required for business licenses, renewals, and amendments.
  • Regularly update clients on changes in compliance regulations.
  • Conduct periodic compliance audits and assessments.
  • Liaise and maintain positive relationships with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and legal advisors.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience handling business registrations and corporate compliance in India.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian corporate laws, labor laws, and local/state regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience dealing directly with governmental and regulatory bodies.
