Cloud Payroll Expert

We seek an expert in Oracle Cloud Payroll to drive business growth and excellence.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in HCM applications is required, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Successful implementation of at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementations, coupled with the required Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementation Certification, is mandatory.
- The ideal candidate will be able to configure fast formulas and payroll costing setups, as well as work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, and Production Support.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support and expertise to clients utilizing Oracle HCM Payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll solutions for clients
- Provide technical support and training on Oracle HCM Payroll solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and meet client expectations
- 15+ years of experience in HCM applications
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management
- Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementation Certification
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
