Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to fill a key role at our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Linux system administration and HPC environments.
  • Configure storage systems and troubleshoot any related issues.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of Linux systems.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems, networking concepts, and job schedulers like SLURM and PBS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Linux system administration or support.
  • Experience in HPC environments is a plus.
  • Certifications such as RHCSA are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
