We are seeking an experienced OpenShift expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Kubernetes internals, API objects, and Operators.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading resolution of complex OpenShift and Kubernetes issues, performing deep-dive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning.
Key responsibilities include overseeing and optimizing cluster capacity, performance, and scaling, as well as planning and executing platform upgrades, migrations, and architecture changes.
The role also involves developing automation scripts and tooling for platform management, defining and implementing security hardening, compliance, and governance frameworks, mentoring junior engineers, and improving monitoring, alerting, and operational processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Linux administration.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in OpenShift (v4 preferred).
- Expert-level understanding of Kubernetes internals, API objects, and Operators.
- Strong knowledge of container networking, ingress, and service mesh technologies.
- Experience with automation and GitOps tooling (Ansible, Terraform, ArgoCD, Flux).
- Proven track record in leading platform upgrades, migrations, and optimizations.
