As a project completion specialist, you will oversee the finalization process across various stages, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and manage all steps necessary for project closure, adhering to established procedures and timelines.
  • Maintain and update project data in designated planning tools, collaborating with team members to verify accuracy and integrity of information.
  • Oversee the return of confirmed surplus materials through the RMA process, ensuring all items are appropriately recorded in the warehouse and inventory systems.
  • Maintain regular communication with assigned team members to facilitate accurate turnover documentation.
  • Assist the scope development team in promoting remote inspection alternatives, serving as a single point of contact for delivering CADs to quality teams.
  • Review subcontractor material purchase order requests for potential cost recovery and forward to the scope development team as necessary.
  • Own the final turnover package, including reviewing deliverables submitted by contractors, regularly following up on outstanding items, and either suggesting minor corrections or rejecting unacceptable documents for revision.
  • Act as sole approver for closure processes in project management systems, new tasks assigned to the project coordinator as needed.
  • Manage all data fields associated with project completion processes.
  • Occasionally follow up on outstanding punch list items.
