BIM Coordinator MEP Job Description

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator MEP to play a key role in the digital delivery and integration of projects. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM protocols and Execution Plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the use of BIM for projects.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols, and standards within the project team.
  • Understand client requirements and analyze/implement BIM Execution Plans for BIM deliverables.
  • Document and communicate best practices and workflows.
  • Serve as the primary contact for BIM-related technical support.
  • Liaise and coordinate with BIM specialists, modelers, leads, and managers.
  • Manage Revit project production and contents.
  • Create families and possess expertise in modeling.
  • C Coordinate multidisciplinary models.
  • Lead and manage a team of MEP CAD/Revit Modelers.
  • Ensure quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced.
  • Use Navisworks tools for review/QC/documentation.
  • Perform QA/QC before deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in design, drafting, and BIM management on large scale projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
  • Experience using Navis for Coordination.
  • Technical knowledge of MEP services.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and solve problems.
